Your Claude usage
Spawnkit runs Claude Code on your machine with your own Claude login. Your use of Claude remains subject to Anthropic’s terms. Features that use several accounts or schedule messages are off by default and may conflict with those terms; turning them on is your decision.
Your code and data
Your code and the data on your machine remain yours. For data held by Spawnkit’s servers, see the privacy draft.
Mods
Mods run with the daemon’s full privileges on your machine. Install only mods you trust.
Still to be written
Acceptable use, paid plans, liability, termination and governing law. These will be filled in before the terms take effect.
